Over the years, the brand decided to evolve toward a more competitive market, focusing mainly on younger agents and new generations interested in investing in their first property. The main challenge was to refresh the brand and its message, creating a younger, more dynamic way of communicating across all digital and physical platforms while still maintaining its position as a trusted, professional, and respected firm within the real estate industry.

We developed a strategic brand evolution, integrating key elements from the original logo to preserve continuity and brand recognition. Building on this foundation, we created an iconic character (focused exclusively on the face) that adds energy, approachability, and a stronger connection with younger audiences. A complete brand identity guidelines manual was designed to ensure visual consistency and proper application across all touchpoints both digital and physical reinforcing the brand’s modern character without compromising its real estate credibility.
