The Challenge
Kitchen Nails Desert was at a key stage of growth, preparing to open its second location. The main challenge was to develop a sister brand that could initially work as an extension of the existing business, while also being able to gradually replace the original brand in the future without losing brand recognition or visual consistency.
The company did not have a strong visual identity or a digital structure ready to scale. In addition, it lacked a professional presence across key channels such as a website, social media, and Google Business, as well as consistent physical materials for both locations. The challenge was to create a complete and scalable brand identity, supported by a comprehensive digital and visual strategy that would communicate professionalism, attract new customers, and support the company’s growth in the local El Paso market.
